Welcome to Motiv Engineering. Our journey started with a group of passionate engineers who shared a common vision and desire to work on exciting design projects.

It all began in the humblest of places, a college dorm room while we were still in engineering school. Fueled by a desire to create and armed with determination, we started by building our very own CNC machines and 3D printers from scratch. Countless hours were spent refining and updating our designs, constantly pushing ourselves to improve and optimize them for our use case. 

Through years of hard work and dedication, we evolved from those early days into the advanced engineering firm we are today. We are proud to say that we have built our CNC router, Mill, Laser cutter, and large-format 3D printer entirely in-house, tailoring them specifically to our unique needs. This hands-on approach has not only made us experts at operating these machines but has also given us invaluable insight into their inner workings. 

At Motiv Engineering, we believe that true innovation comes from a deep understanding of the tools we use. Our intimate knowledge of our machines allows us to deliver unparalleled precision, reliability, and efficiency in all our projects. We have transformed our passion into professional expertise, and are now using those skills and tools to bring a variety of projects from the drawing board to reality.
